Please note that a Security Deposit between ￡150 and ￡500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges', including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. If your security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, the hotel will be entitled to recover this from you without delay.

Epic Apart Hotel is located at 25-27 Seel St, Liverpool, L1 4AU. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. A minimum payment of 25% is required at the time of booking, which will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of checking in.
Proof of Age:
The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, Epic Apart Hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges', including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. 紀姓男子6日下午騎機車行經板橋大觀路一家修車廠前，因當時廠內有維修車輛要出來，加上另一輛車停在門口擋住，修車廠連姓員工便在門口指揮，由於，連懷疑紀男用眼睛瞪他，於是出言「你是在青三小」，雙方爆發口角更衍生肢體衝突。從馬路扭打到車廠內，紀男則因腳扭傷骨折，隨後被救護車緊急送醫，警方到場後，雙方揚言保留法律追訴權，但暫不提告。
警方調查，紀姓男子（32歲）6日下午騎車行經板橋大觀路一段，要前往朋友開的娃娃機店談事情。當時一旁的汽車修理廠連姓員工(40歲)，正在協助廠內的維修車輛倒車，紀的機車被門口的車輛擋住，又要等待廠區內的車出來，於是用眼光瞄了一下，沒想到引發連姓男子誤會，以為紀某不耐煩用眼神瞪人，於是連出言怒嗆「等一下是不行嗎?你是在青三小?」紀某當下火氣也上來，回嗆「你是在大聲甚麼」。
隨後，連男動手推了紀某一把， 紀男也下機車動手，雙方從口角演變成互相推擠扭打，從大馬路打到廠區外，雙方你一拳我一拳，一旁民眾都看傻了眼，突然紀某一個踉蹌跌坐地上，一旁勸架的民眾也上前關心，原來紀某的腳因為站在斜坡重心不穩造成骨折，經過救護車送往醫院治療，暫時沒有大礙。轄區的板橋警分局大觀派出所員警到場後，雙方揚言保留法律追訴權；暫時不提出告訴。
